What We Offer
Before a single upright goes in, we survey your space. We account for floor slab condition, column positions, sprinkler clearances, lighting, traffic routes and loading bay access. The result is a racking layout that works with your building rather than against it.
Our installation teams work efficiently to minimise disruption to your operation. All uprights are base-plated and anchored to slab, beams are correctly torqued to connector clips, and aisle widths are set to match your handling equipment. We leave the site clean and the system ready to load.
Every completed installation is accompanied by a load notice specifying the maximum unit load per beam level and bay, as required by SEMA and HSE guidance. We provide full documentation for your records and any future SEMA rack inspection requirements.
Moving premises or changing your warehouse layout? We dismantle existing racking safely, transport and reassemble at the new location, or reconfigure in place. A cost-effective alternative to buying new when your existing equipment is in sound condition.
